How do I find the Kentfield ESCOM Center?
It’s in Rm 11, Student Services Building, College of Marin, 835 College Ave, Kentfield, CA
From College Ave, turn west into the central campus parking lots: P1, P6, P7, P9. After parking, cross the pedestrian bridge at the north end of P6. The Student Services Building is ahead on the left. (map below).
Enter through the glass doors on the lower level. Walk to the left around the display wall into a large seating area. The ESCOM Center (SS 11) is at the far end, between the cafeteria counter and the John Lennon mural (photo below).
Parking costs $4 in most Kentfield campus lots. Payment is required at all times, Monday to Saturday. You can pay in advance using the online system or after arriving via parking lot kiosks (a QR code is posted on each kiosk). Free parking is available in Lot P13, an unpaved lot a modest walk from the ESCOM Center. (For more information about Parking on College of Marin Campuses, visit this webpage.)

How do I find the Novato (IVC) ESCOM Center?
It’s in Building 10, College of Marin – Indian Valley Campus, 1800 Ignacio Blvd, Novato, CA
Directions: Exit Hwy 101 at Ignacio. Head west for 2.2 miles to College of Marin’s Indian Valley Campus. Drive past the green building on your left, then take the next legal left turn into Lot P2. From the bus shelter at the south end of the lot, cross the foot bridge. Walk a short distance to a cluster of buildings on the right, with stairs leading to a wooden deck. The ESCOM Center is at the end of the deck, on the left, in Building 10 (map below).
For the closest accessible parking: Drive past Lot 2 and enter Lot 3. Drive south until you see a small bridge, then drive across it. This brings you to an accessible spot that is very near Building 10 (just walk a bit further south, and you’ll see it in front of you.)
Parking costs $4 in most Indian Valley Campus lots. Payment is required at all times, Monday to Saturday. You can pay in advance using the online system or after arriving via parking lot kiosks (using a credit card or the QR code posted on each kiosk). Free parking area is available in the upper level of Lot P5. (For more information about Parking on College of Marin Campuses, visit this webpage.)

Is there free parking near the ESCOM Centers?
Yes! There are free lots on both campuses. On the Kentfield Campus, free parking is available in Lot P13, an unpaved lot a modest walk from the ESCOM Center. On the Novato/IVC Campus, free parking area is available in the upper level of Lot P5.
And if you have a Disabled Person Placard or license plate, you may park in any student or staff space without the need for a student permit, though Campus Police encourage you to use the Disabled Person Parking Areas, marked with the traditional blue sign and symbol.

Do I have to pay to attend a club?
Nope! Clubs are free for ESCOM members to attend! Go to as many clubs as you want, as often as you like, without charge. However, ESCOM and its clubs depend on donations to keep going. To donate, use this link.
To try out a club, can I just show up?
That depends. Some clubs listed as, for instance, “every 2nd Tuesday” will almost always meet as scheduled. But others have more variability. National holidays, illness, and travel may alter the schedule of any group, sometimes on short notice. Also, some clubs (like Spanish and Chess) want to be sure attendees have enough skill to benefit. In short, if you’re new or haven’t attended for a long time, it’s best to check with the club’s contact person before showing up.
Who’s in charge of ESCOM Clubs?
ESCOM is part of College of Marin’s Community Programs Department. However, most operations are managed by our volunteers. ESCOM clubs are overseen by the volunteer Clubs Chairperson, Will Meecham. He isn’t ‘in charge’, but you can contact him with general club questions. If he is unavailable, Luanne Mullin can be contacted as a backup. (Questions about a specific club are better addressed to the contact person listed for that club.)
